I’m Morgan Winiecki, a graphic designer and art director based in Orlando, Florida, with a BFA in Emerging Media from the University of Central Florida. I specialize in creating bold, thoughtful design solutions—whether through brand identity, digital content, or large-scale marketing campaigns.
As the current Art Director at Laser Photonics (NASDAQ: LASE), I’ve discovered a deep passion for mentoring designers and collaborating across departments to bring big ideas to life. Being involved in every stage of a campaign, from brainstorming to launch, has fueled my love for strategy and creative leadership. I thrive when I’m guiding a team, shaping a vision, and seeing it come to life in impactful ways.
Design has been my passion since I was 13, and I love blending creativity with strategy to create work that connects. Based in Orlando, I draw inspiration from music, theme parks, and everyday adventures (especially if dogs are involved).
